Disable writing .DS_Store files to network shares
On the Mac, open up Terminal and enter the following command:
defaults write com.apple.desktopservices DSDontWriteNetworkStores trueDisable writing .DS_Store files to network shares
On the Mac, open up Terminal and enter the following command:
defaults write com.apple.desktopservices DSDontWriteNetworkStores true
